Terms of Service

1. Service Authorization

By requesting towing, flatbed transport, winch-out recovery, or roadside service, you affirm that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or an authorized agent with legal standing to grant custody, towing, and storage authorization to Long's Towing & Recovery.

2. Roadside Safety & Scene Conditions

Our certified operators maintain sole discretion to determine whether roadside or environmental conditions (including oncoming traffic volume, extreme weather, ditch angles, or structural compromise) allow for safe recovery without endangering personnel, motorists, or equipment.

3. Personal Property

Customers are advised to remove all personal valuables, electronic devices, and documents prior to transport or entry into holding yards. Long's Towing & Recovery is not responsible for loose personal items left unattended inside towed vehicles.

4. Rates & Payment Terms

Standard emergency dispatch rates, mileage charges, and winch extraction fees are presented transparently upon initial dispatch consultation. Payment is due upon completion of delivery unless direct billing has been established with an authorized motor club, commercial fleet, or verified insurance adjustor.

5. Holding Yard & Storage Terms

Vehicles transported to our secured holding yard accrue daily storage charges in accordance with applicable state motor vehicle statutes and municipal regulations. Vehicle releases require photo identification, proof of ownership or registration, and satisfaction of outstanding fees.
